Yes that is what it is. The main reason I asked for a current count was because of the volume we have seen. With the company buy back and the dividend stated to be coming, the concern was the company was dumping shares. They do not appear to be.
I consider it good news that the number hasn't risen again. This may turn out to be a positive cashflow for some of us.
