Great post sophist. I agree w/you on all points with the exception of the change in share price if Nok/Sam go to arbitration. I think we will take a serious hit, whether its justified or not, if the parties proceed to arbitration. Unfortunately more delay due to dispute resolution is NOT what shareholders want to see. While I personally can and will wait out whatever happens, I think many others will bail if they have to wait another 6-9 months for finality of these critical issues.

soph, enjoyed your ref post and agree with what you say, BUT(LOL!, gotta laugh whenever that word gets into things), IMO we need to get behind that potential "arbitration" door, and sort out what might be going on back there. There are quite a few interesting scenarios that can be imagined, and from where this dreamer is sitting, none are bad for IDCC in the longer term. I think our new analysts have reached the same conclusions.
