Right, the number of O/S and A/S has not chnaged.

With his in light, I see, that they do not generate income from share selling right now.

There is a potential 31M from 2014 to be dumped in 2015. That doesn't include the recent 4M MMSM dump. Porter and fiends aren't going to pay for a P&D they can not participate in. Porter can legally dump approx 4.8M shares the remainder of the year, as other insiders. At today's prices that's under $20K. One could safely argue, Porter can't afford to pay a lot out for a paid P&D. Thus the $1K-$2K for the MMSM dump promotions. We might all be waiting for a wimpy paid P&D. LOL

Next yr could be a much better P&D year. Double the O/S during the remainder of this year, and Porter could dump up to 16M all by himself in 2016. His wife another 16M. Shameberg 16M. Then he might spring for some larger paid promos. Maybe hit on Shameberg, and other affiliates to help pay for the promos?

Then again, all ya need is for Shameberg or some other affiliate to get a little antsy and violate Rule 144 for an illegal dump. Then the SEC suspends. It's basically the only way they have to suspend non-registrants. The more players involved, the more ants. ;)
