It sounds like Engel is the one calling out the medical use in Europe, and not so much LQMT. Maybe LQMT won't be doing any direct supplying or manufacturing to the European markets - maybe it will be the manufacturer of the machines - Engel, along with their choice of the mould supplier. How that will benefit LQMT is likely through licensing fees if that market is actually open in Europe to them.
Would like to know how there is a "defect" on your knife though, since you stated you got one of the "defective" ones, which I presumed you had since the knives are in "pre-order" status now on knifecenter and you can't get one now, but you did. GL.
