(I do not know the answer but have a soft opinion)

what profit would the LT have ?

i.e. the NOL has value as it shields profit from taxation so as all have said 6B is around 2B -1.5B

but if the LT finds money is that not a transfer of WaMu assets to the LT and not income or profit?
