He re-iterated NO shares have been sold by the Company
since several months ago, and any converts are NOT being
sold at this time as well.

You don't sell converts. You sell notes...or you convert already sold notes to shares...ceo word games...misleading...unbecoming, lOl...

Ask him, specifically, if any of these old notes are being converted to shares...

Why is the TA gagged if everything is on the up and up? It would take very little to ungag the TA; not doing so only means there is something to hide.
