Roll Out of Franchising their business.
Updates on the beverage line, and several other new
products and pilots coming aboard. News will
be coming within the next several days.

He will also address the SS, so that everyone is
aware of the structure.

The 33M shares are still being sought, but he has no
doubt, they will be cancelled, and News on this also
will be forthcoming.

He re-iterated NO shares have been sold by the Company
since several months ago, and any converts are NOT being
sold at this time as well.

Many answers to questions about their business plan will
be addressed in the News...and their goals for the future,
as well as new News that is coming to USMJ.
