all are holding !!!!

GOOD SIGN !!!! Funding and Date of the Start of FDA testing should move TCEL to somewhere between 005 and .05 cents.

Many of the shares are in Investors hands LLC.'s and alike ,thus not selling, holding!!!over 1 billion in there hands and there are like only 300 - 600 million on the float!!!! to trade and i hold over 100+ million the float.
