mordicai, JPM didn't JUST FIND $30B...

...they reported how good they were doing with the commercial loans in multi-family ""apartment loan lender"" that totaled $30B when they BOUGHT them (i.e., the WMB loan portfolio that had a concentration in this niche).

...they did not say 'they just found $30B of hidden commercial loans on apartment buildings.
