This was one of Gottlieb's alternative solutions which I did not go into, because ultimately it is not a good solution. Third party payers are conflicted and potentially represent bigger problems than the FDA. If you think they all agree about drug reimbursements then you have not been following Vascepa. This is throwing the solution right back to the regulators.
