Treble damages are small when compared to recent legal clarification below. PACER lists 37 pages which clearly document why 3.5 MILLION IN DAMAGES are part of a third party complaint against the two former board members...Steven "con man" Adelstein and a drunk named Joe Scivoletto.

It is clear as I have been stating for 18 months that tortious interference by STEVE "con man"Adelstein was just the beginning of many poor decisions that most 4th graders could have anticipated would end up poorly.Now I know why he was looking so depressed at the deposition...

It is clear that while working as a board member at Supreme Energy during the day he was stealing data,research,technology,assets,distributors,and customers while supposedly protecting the shareholders under the false pretense of a fiduciary of the company.

I love it when crooks get caught...Steven"con man"Adelstein got caught AT IACH...

Shareholders at IFUS have rights....Steve"con man"Adelstein MADE THIS VERY PERSONAL...

The management at IFUS and the shareholders only want the truth to be heard in court..

Steve "con man"Adelstein continued too delay at the state level.His only strategy was to not pay his law firms so he would not have records so he could delay again and again.

Unfortunately for him,he was getting in contempt of court more than a Saturday night hooker so he decided to move to a new venue at the fed level...

One individual lawyer for IFUS has check mated every check those boot brothers with a bushel full or liars(LAWYERS)attempted.

Actually,all the shareholders want is to sell a ton of bagasse.I like how the ceo is focusing on adding equipment,employees,distributors,new technology,and financial backing while the legal team keeps submitting positive representation in the courts that will lead to a positive outcome for shareholders.

STEVE "con man"Adelstein still is struggling with the finances to handle the counter suit from JULY 15 2013,..NOw another 3.5 million he will owe along with all the legal fees for both IFUS and River Maestro,HIS old law firm that he was unable to even make a partial payment to release his case records.

I hope stevie still has some intact digest because ABSORBEZZ is ALL out of product.
