Gungrey: If IDCC were 'smart', they would issue a positive looking news release saying something to the effect:
'....now that the courts have ruled on our behalf, WE LOOK FORWARD TO RESUMING DISCUSSIONS TO REACH A QUICK AND AMICABLE RESOLUTION TO THIS MATTER AND MOVE ON TO DOING WHAT WE DO BEST . . . .'

We don't want to rub it in their faces, yet we want them to work quickly with us to put this thing behind us.
