can you provide the name of a $40.00 off the shelf tech to upscale to 4k without simply stretching the pixels?

you still do not grasp the fact that this particular scaler is for scaling things and putting it into a higher resolution of pixels... it is not meant to stream, it is meant to take your existing sd or hd video archives and scale it up for you permant storage and use. once it is scaled you no longer need to worry about anything other tahn hitting play and watching your new 4k , 8k or 16k video
