The problem is that the "new" TMM tech is NOT disruptive in the slightest. Any off the shelf $40 product can replicate the TMM results as shown on their web page. And its so far from real time that its useless for most applications that would require a solution on a chip for TVs or cable boxes or any military use.

I can understand the TMMers being so excited that TMM is claiming its got anything but there is nothing special about what they've got. No value as a commercial product and how much can they really make at $40 a copy for consumer use when the market for that is miniscule?

And run that tiny number past 500 million outstanding shares, options and warrants and you can get the picture that 6-7 cents is already too kind.

And whether you think TMM actually has a chance to survive these lawsuits or not the risk factor has to be added into the valuation expectation.
