Gary and Sharon are living at different addresses now. Gary's own SEC filing show that with the info on the lawsuit. Their house is in Raleigh where they lived together, but in the filing she's listed in another city and so is Gary.
IMO, Wayne and Gary have "worked" together ever since the attempted promotion back in 2011. This "new deal" seems to confirm that Gary and Wayne are still here.
