Add up the money. NO ONE has taken an interest in MGLG. It has no value at all. It is completely dead money. The dollar volume for the entire year of 2015 (which is 50% of a calendar year today) is $1,513.81. A lousy pink sheet usually does more volume than that in 1 trading day, let alone a 1/2 a year
