I think the ITC decision to review ALJ Essex's RID reflects the worst fears of many investors. In fact I am of the opinion that the specificity of questions asked to be briefed indicates the possibility of decisions that could shake the royalty model in the whole industry.

Therefore, the benign effect on the price indicates sumtin' is brewin'...
