To Mike and Art2 - Yes everyone, including myself, assumed that dilution was going on, but nobody had any numbers.

And if there was news of dilution ending (of which I have not seen yet) why is the stock down in the -.0003 & -.0004 range this morning. Not sure if all the new shares have been sold yet IMO.

And I agree with Mike, RMD should put out an Honest PR about the reasons for the new O/S number. My guess would be they just need some working capital for current growth in business ventures. This is fine with me since they are headed for profits (hopefully :-) this year. But a little more Honestly with us shareholders would be greatly appreciated.
