One thing is certain ..... need to find someone else to speak for the company.

Dahl speaks ..... stock falls. Can pretty much bet on it.

Tell that to the 400+ employees of Medicis who became 200ish almost immediately. Bet it's down to 100ish now.

ZIVO is about as exciting as watching paint dry at the moment ..... no doubt fueled by Dahl's inspiring shareholder address at the annual meeting.

Interesting to see more "against" votes for Cox and Rice this year on proxy. Guess more people wondering what value they bring. My proxy didn't have an "against" option .... only "withhold". Always wondered why Dahl wasn't a board member. CEOs typically are. I suspect shareholder unrest is growing ...... and Dahl's approval rating likely in the toilet.

Mgmt needs to cut deal to sell this company.
