There's plenty of cash one need only do the math on the cds versus the dilution and average pps, there was definitely enough cash to close on the dispensary, my guess is a better offer came along, either for the seller or MDCN, or maybe they never intended to buy in AZ at all. It certainly helped them rase over 10 million dollars in a short period of time didn't it?
