There is no cash, and has been none, for a long time. If there had been any, they would have closed on the properties a long time ago. Since when did buying two lousy previously foreclosed on properties become such a difficult task, especially for 'seasoned veterans such as this mgmt. team????? They simply could not afford them, and nobody with any amount of brains, would accept worthless shares in exchange for real property. Make this simple transaction out to be more complicated than it is, if it makes you feel any better about what really transpired.
