Well, Have you read the sentiment of the majority here? Most here are sure we are going to get nothing to begin with. So nothing cant possibility be worth something so...........Meow's opinion would be Zero. And Meow is a two years shareholder in NTEK, not just any old naysayer ya know. And boy is Meow awful sorry to have been a Shareholder in NTEK, thats for sure.

1 share of NTGL for about every 5 shares of NTEK held as of Feb 6, 2015.

If they know math.

Let me help ~OUTT here:

"If someone owns 1 million shares of ntek, how many shares of NTGL would they be getting?"

Zero.

"How much money would those NTGL shares be worth?"

See above, ZERO.

NTEK will never distribute NTGL shares as a stock dividend to NTEK shareholders. Guaranteed.

FWIW, NTGL is unlikely to be around in 12 months from today. Very unlikely. Oh it may trade in the trips (or lower) - butt there will not be a real office and any real employees. It will be a moribund trading sardine ticker.

The Schoengoods' shares are already eligible for delegending as of 06 June 2015. More become unrestricted between now and 02 Feb 2016 when those shares held by NTEK will be sold by NTEK to raise a few crumbs of cash (if NTEK is even still around by then).
