LOL its all right in the financials. Guess its hard for some to see. As for the Bankruptcy if we don't see thats the road this is headed then no reason to discuss it. LOL. Who said anything about the 2nd quarter? Look at the loans and the dates and its easy to see the ones he is in default on.Its either bankruptcy or he walks away but owing the IRS 1.7 million makes walking away totally hard to do.
How about people who like to call themselves investors actually do their own DD. Bankruptcy proceedings in the LOI, scams in a stock being diluted endlessly and the CEO withholding information on multiple occasions, and defaults when one bothers to consider that numerous notes are late and at least one is the subject of a lawsuit for nonpayment.
