I don't know that...WHO TOLD YOU THIS...GIVE US A NAME....
it's not a fact that the company didn't pay for the promo.

convert guys do care about the story if after very close communication with the company they feel good news is imminent, they absolutely care about the story.

If they felt that they could be making sales at .20 or .30 rather then .16, they would absolutely wait. plus promos work better with fresh news and "rumored" good results (not sure how anyone could know that rumor but whatever) would make for a tremendous promo.
