we finally agree about something:

"volume like this is usually guys that have done a convert or some type of direct funding to uspr"

the most likely scenario is someone who did a convert, paid for the promotion to drum up volume.

but let's also mention that many people doing converts, don't care about the story. they just want the percentage. so if this was convertible at .10, and the seller is averaging .16 over the last two days ... he just made a quick 60% ... and really doesn't care about the story...

and one fact we know ... the company itself did not do the promo ... and is not selling shares on the open market.
