Well,..mm's or inside folks have bought or have a ton of free shares. They may have bought these shares at a way lower price at some time and now want to get rid of them so they put the bid lower on the shares that they want to sell just to get rid of them. Say you have 3 million free shares and just want to dump them. Pay 5k for a promo.. Volume shows up and get rid of all your shares for a low price.. Still making a quick 15 to 20k. And after all their free shares.
