a real bump, past .50 cents....

in any other cheap penny stock, if news came out that a 250 million dollar company bought/invested 10% into the company, and a billion dollar name was attached to the company... the stock would absolutely f$#king soar....

yet....

mother parkers owns 10 % of jamn:

and mother parkers is a private company that has unknown
revenues of at least 250 million plus:

why can't we find out what dragonox owns, or, since they are not listed, does this mean they are done..

From my understanding companies must list beneficial owners or people or entities owning more than 5% of a company's stock.
This simply means that dragonox or whoever they are own less than 5% of shares, but I seriously doubt they are out of shares. I wish MC would report all people or entities owning 1% or more of company's stock.
