Well,,, not sure how it's not connected to the past. Unless I'm missing something, it is directly related to their past dealings. In 2012 straight path had 8.14% of shares and 2013 7.5% of shares.
What do you mean "their past?" Straight Path bought shares 4 years ago; they still own the shares. It has nothing to do with Whittle. This was about a year before JAMN tried the debt route, which is 6 months before Ironridge bought their debt.
