Well to be fair they didn't acquire Biochar Now. Just the so called made up "marijuana division" which never made sense anyway. Then they acquired the resell agreement from a company called gone green that was nothing but a paper company who had an address in Wyoming that coincidentally was also the address of a dozen other shell companies. That's when all of this unraveled last year. The only thing that kept this somewhat possibly legit was the deal with Joe James. And now it's all done. We have some scrap metal that is supposed to fill this one order and worst enough James Gaspard and Molen took over VCOR and then it was very clear what was going on.
The only good thing is Molen played all his cards this time. He got a second chance and things looked legit but turned out he is up to his same tricks. Only thing I enjoy is knowing he will run himself out of this scam.
Some diluting pathetic puke took it to a "no bid" for an equally pathetic $8,000 booty. Any guesses who???
Michael Molen doesn't have the stones to have his pathetic "FAIL" record and trail of lies and deceipt enter anything resembling a court room with real attorneys. He talks a big talk and caries a pencil for his stick.
