If you ever have some time to kill, look back at some of the Ihub posting on VGPR from 2010 and 2011 after the R/S's. The posts are so funny it is almost the same postings that are going on now. Things like Molen is a scam, let's all go over to his house, let's file a law suit and of course the Fake plant in GA and waiting for the first report of a delivered shipment to Europe, even then. Also, they had a user(poster) that some thought was Molen as well. The funny part was is that investors even hassled Molen to the point that he called the cops. A lot of people lost big money then as now
The big claim then was that Molen had 6 different social securities numbers and was moving all the time. Several posts are on how he cooks the books and thing appear and disappear with each new report. Sort of like when vgpr purchased Bio Char NOW, but there was no sign of this in the balance sheet. VGPR bought a company with no physical assets, but even worse, it is like the entire purchased just disappeared. I thought that Bio Char NOW had trucks or something at time of purchase.
It Just seams like history is repeating over and over here. Also, Molen did the threaten of a law suit prior to the R/S to keep the investor noise down. It is like a script. I would estimate that there are well over 5000 posts here that refer to Molen as a fraud and several other things. But their common goal was to keep new investors from being taken. They Failed.
Perhaps this group of people can do something this time about the endless money being sent down the Molen Rabbit hole. I am doing my part by Writing a letter to Finra and the SEC to take into consideration the past 8 years with VGPR of just spending investors money and false PR's. I invested based on the PR's actually containing some truth, lost a lot with that assumption.
Hey Molen, if you want to sue me have at it. I live in Utah and the state courts are less then sympathetic to CEO's with your track record and all of these posts would be admissible. Courts here are also not that open to a CEO of a pot company coming in and demanding anything or claiming to be hurt by name calling. OK, your not a Pot company, but you tried to be one, that is enough.
