On May 26th Command Center submitted a letter demanding full payment of a defaulted note they purchased. Details of the letter are outlined in an 8k filed by CCNI. All Schadel has is a PR about an LOI on the same date with an "interesting" offer of a buyout followed by another PR in which he backtracks and says CCNI needs to make a "serious offer" instead of collecting on a note due January 1st that he failed to pay. Schadel is playing more games and some folks appear to still be falling for it.
