I think we have all said our peace about the law suit for TMMI vs Panik and Dmension et al.
We like our chances but you don't.This is both of our opinions which we are entitled to with freedom of speech
It is now going to Jury trial who will have to listen to all facts and then as it has always been will be out of our hands and then once the court speaks and the jury renders its decision we will have a conclusion to this whole process.
To use words like begging over and over is more your own opinion it is never mentioned like this in the courts
At the end of the day i keep to what i last posted,either we pony up with some contracts or in the world of tech the first one who has a sellable product and gets contracts that are valid and money making then we can say the fat lady has sung!!!!!
I want that to be TMMI and you are betting on the other company.

Wasn't it you that said this case was on SNOOZE just the other day, and now this?.

IF you notice the minutes you will see both parties had a say in the jury trial...
It was a joint effort dates and times;)
It's a done deal!!.

HP coming into this soon could shake things up if they decide to countersue TMM for shoplifting....

the defendants have three patents that they can't even use today, except amongst themselves....

At some point down the road this will go to trial if TMM is still around and I don't like their chances. This isn't a complicated lawsuit why would TMM keep begging the judge for delays on everything if they really thought they had a chance? The answer is they wouldn't.

It is more highly likely that at some point down the road that the MDDG will not be around being bled dry by attorneys and trials (bankos might flow)....LLOL......in the intrim, TMMI will be crossing the tees and dotting the eyes.
The reason for delays is that TMMI, I am sure is getting all their ducks lined up, and who knows maybe they will name some more of the perps, and bring them to justice also. Guess we won the statute of limitations battle which will certainly spell doom for the defendant!!! As for HP, it's a non-invent so don't get your slender hopes up.

The defendants have this sue HP fantasy, well guess what, HP is NOT being sued.....I know it is hard for the defendant's slim hopes to be crushed, but HP is a NOMINAL DEFENDANT which is totally different from a defendant who is being sued. THIS IS WHAT THE JUDGE EXPLAINED IN THE LAST HEARING.
A DEFENDANT BEING SUED HAS LIABILITY, AND ALSO HAS A RIGHT TO RECOVERY....A NOMINAL DEFENDANT IS NAMED ONLY FOR TECHNICAL REASONS(IN THIS CASE, THEY ACQUIRED A SUCCESSOR COMPANY)....anyone would know this except the defendant perps who are so totally desperate they don't know what to spin. So let me repeat the definition for the 5th time (below in red) Look it up!!!!
We already know that HP will be a NOMINAL DEFENDANT....nothing more...if u want to call that being sued go ahead---it won't help the demented group.
Nominal defendant..... A defendant or plaintiff included in a lawsuit because of a technical connection with the matter in dispute, and necessary for the court to decide all issues and make a proper judgement, BUT with NO responsibility, NO fault AND NO RIGHT TO RECOVERY.
