At some point down the road this will go to trial if TMM is still around and I don't like their chances. This isn't a complicated lawsuit why would TMM keep begging the judge for delays on everything if they really thought they had a chance? The answer is they wouldn't.

HP coming into this soon could shake things up if they decide to countersue TMM for shoplifting.
