the 'shane whittle mess"....
if memory serves me well....
- back in 2010, 2011.. shane whittle was somehow partnered with rohan marley in making marley coffee a publicly traded company, jamn...
- it appears shane whittle 'focused' on promoting jamn a 'bit too much'... and the stock soared from pennies to 3 or 5 bucks s share
- then qrtlies came out and it showed jamn had little or no revenues and a lot of articles came out calling jamn a scam
- price sunk back to .08 cents by end of 2011 or 2012....
- whittle was somehow removed
- rohan, likely with angry pressure from the family, desparately needed to hire someone legit in order to save jamn from scam world and start a path of legitimacy....
- rohan hired brent toevs, i think in 2011.... and boy was that a great move... rest is history or in the process of it
- shane whittle, likely realizing, jamn could be huge someday and i THINK after the mother parker partnership, decided to sue jamn
- and i think, i remember reading in a qrtly report, that whittle and jamn came to an agreement and the lawsuit was closed....
i am guessing, based on simple google searches, that straight path capital is somehow owned/controlled by shane whittle and the 5% represents the agreement that settled the lawsuit
all in my humble worthless opinion
good luck to all
