Doesn't look like a bottom to me. There hasn't been a confirmed bottom on the chart in over one year. Looks like more conversions underway, again.

Still don't agree. As long as their are still a boatload of convertible debt instruments out there, PNTV will be in this toxic death spiral. If they find an angel investor to take out the approx $400k+ of convertible debt, then a bottom will be established. Continuing to watch for the eventual outcome.
