The auditor was BDO Seidman, who have been complicit in several frauds.

nelson: A C L N F was a flyer that I remember well .... unfortunately I did not suspect the company was a complete fraud and lost a bundle when the truth came out .... it's shocking that the auditors didn't find out sooner. I have to admit, management was extremely crafty !

Also lost a lot on W C O M in the same year .... trusted Bernie Ebbers, CEO. Glad he's going to be spending some time in the big house.
