valuemind, cooked cash and ACLNF

A few years back ACLNF, an overseas automobile shipper, claimed a ton of imaginary cash on its books. They even had a big investment bank (Morgan Stanley???) defending them until their ultimate demise. Anyone remember that one?

(Lentinman - no need to look ACLNF up, they went out of biz long ago - if the ticker is in play its another company.)
