Are you saying QDV needs to merge w/nanoco or nanosys in order to survive or be competitive w/QMC?

Are you also implying that the need to be paid is the reason for Nanoco sp drop?

Do you have any information that QMC would need to merge w/one of the above or that they would have an inclination to do so?
