It's rare to find any manufacturing facility who can run at zero defect. Usually, that is said when your talking tens of thousands of pieces and up.

Not knowing the order size or the return rate isn't helping the investors to grasp the situation. MA may help shed some light on that but the Stiepp secret society will not. Old Tom seems more and more disgusting at every turn in the road.

It's inconceivable that this would happen on the very fist production order, but, I have been in this situation and it does happen. The only way it can properly be handled is to address it publicly and as honestly as possible. Otherwise it creates doubt with future prospects.

I hope you're right.

But this is the third iteration process that Steipp has touted as production ready with remarkable consistency, as molded surface finish, tolerances approaching CNC machining, blah, blah, blah
