Its very unfortunate. Someone slipped up big time....or the QC inspection procedures

left an inspection step out. Since its obvious the problem wasn't solved over the phone,

it seems MA must have gotten VERY upset.....and they wanted to send a STRONG message

to LQMT through those E-Mails...."don't screw up again".
