I am not familiar with the exact position which he had, I believe I had read that he was the equivalency of a ranger but not sure about that. It really doesn't matter, imo. I believe his experience being involved with two other companies that failed gives him "combat" experience in the corporate trenches to know that he can be the CEO of a company, and not have to worry about repercussions when the company fails. This story is an old one in pinkville. There are so many CEO's who dilute a company into oblivion then do it all over again and will have new shareholders supporting them. But I do not want to rehash all of this again. I promised to refrain from posting until after the fins ...I only wanted to tell Bill not to allow this company or CEO to ruin his health.
