Only thing news will be good for here is the VCs converting the huge notes due...its all there folks...read it for yourself and watch the dilution play out in lower prices for this junk company....sell trips 0004s

We were hopeful that we would be able to raise funds to pay off these notes before they came due, but with our inability to form the JV in a timely manner, raising funds proved difficult.
