I also agree with those comments.

I get so tired of hearing that insiders can't buy because a big deal might happen soon. Well, that pretty well eliminates any and all buying, wouldn't it? That cannot be the case. Other company's insiders buy (and yes, sell) often. If they need to set up a plan to buy on regular intervals, then do it.
I think they have been / and continue to hide behind this baloney about not being able to buy shares.
Solms thinks that if a deal has not closed, it is just being delayed. Has it ever occurred to him that it might NOT close. Maybe he is just the last person to realize it.
Same old BS as far as I hear and see (in results).
