Actually just the opposite.. Saleen gave up his common for the sole purpose of not needing to raise the A/S.. The reason he went preferred with super voting power was to prevent a takeover by an entity accumulating massive common shares..

Oh please. Before it was said that Saleen is not majority shareholder anymore and Saleen is going to be taken over. But now its an exit strategy? Lol

Its pretty simple to add 2+2 which is they restructured to not have the need to increase a/s and to keep Mr Saleen over 50%.

Correct, smart traders that bought huge in the .0007-.001 range and cashed on 200-350% profit in a matter of days had planned the perfect exit, lol..
