Yeah, I am sure Director Gross and Oheeron and the long time Phillipine investors came up with a lets wipe out our investment and issue billions of shares to unknown trading entities on the OTC.. That way if we scrounge up enough money to start drilling those billions of shares can be pumped by those OTC traders and they can sell out and our shares are still underwater because there are so many issued.
