They do However make a large point in the SEC filing of the new Tangiers agreement for 8 million and specifically say that at 0.01 per share they would issue 700,000,000 more shares.

They also say they will need to sell shares for operating expenses and acquisitions.

they repeat that several times.

How is that possible at this share price is beyond me....and would result in tremendous dilution.....

so Something must happen that would raise share price and KEEP it raised or No one will buy these shares....That is a mystery....and the silence makes it more mystery
