That's all nice, but what about the awareness they spoke of in their fact sheet?
They will need to proceed with marketing efforts, or no one will know about the product. Of course, it will help when end users can actually get the product in hand to try out. They'll need independant reviews as well.
A start would be getting that detailed video uop on an updated and improved website.
Maybe the product will be workable, but I expect that sales will be tepid for a long time.
