You don´t know what will happen, notes could be paid off, stock could recover, then not many shares will be issued.
You calculation is based of current pps and not an issue at .001.

Limited dilution doesn´t mean a stock has to go down, specially not when it trades .001 with 260k market cap.
And now we know BMAK sold only 4m shares daily.

I posted a calculation which shows even if 800m shares will be issued(i doubt it), at this pps it´s not an issue. It will recover sooner or later because the market cap is too low.

Company traded at a 14m market cap one year ago, not without any reason and nothing has changed, beside 90m shares issued and this is nothing which can hold a stock down forever.

They could dilute 1-2b shares and buyer at this point would still make money when dilution is over or if people realize the potential.

Automotive companies don´t trade at a 200k market cap.
If o/s is 1b, market cap would be 1m. But it had a 14m market cap.
