They still have to be "approved" by the NYSE to uplist, so I would think they would need to be released first? Are there any companies under conservatorship trading on the major exchanges?
We know: 1. They were never insolvent or never illiquid 2. Chip was illegal 3. Stock price suppressed by government 4. GSEs were delisted under these conditions 5. NYSE took government word of these fraud conditions to delist NYSE should honor Governments word when they say realist NO PROBLEM WHEN YOU USE THE AUTHORITY RIGHT OR WRONG
