Berkowitz wrote letter to BOD last year in march about up listing for transparent trading of shares
He also said no legislation is required to end cship
And the board's fiduciary duties to all shareholders doesn't end with cship
Its 15 months now, anything moved the board? :) he also requested a meeting to evaluate options to sending cash dividend to TSY every qtr.
They just said talk to FHFA, period. I have a feeling he will suit the board too eventually.
